Hello, my name is John Davies and I am 43 years old. I have had the honor of training directly under 2 Grand Masters of an FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) fighting system. I trained directly under Grand Master Brian "Buzz" Smith, RIP, in Maharlika Kuntaw "MK", where I am not a Certified Instructor of that system but I do have Buzz's blessings to teach it. It is one reason I write this book in a promise I made to him that if he could not finish his book on Maharlika Kuntaw, that I would. I could never finish "his" book, but after years of training under him and even living with him, this is my best attempt in to doing so after so much hard work in training. This book has also been backed by some of the world's leading martial artists in FMA fighting systems and their schools which are in the back of the book. I have also trained directly under Grand Master Jimmy Reforma in Reforma Eskrima "RAS" where I am the first USA Citizen to be a Certified Instructor/Guro/Master of RAS and the representative of RAS for the USA. This book is an ongoing project where the 1st edition will teach Maharlika Kuntaw and Introductory to Reforma Eskrima at a mastery level. The 2nd edition will teach RAS at a Mastery level and will also include other secret FMA fighting systems never seen before, including their blue prints, bio's, and taught at a mastery level as well. We already have multiple Grand Master's and their systems signed up to be included in the 2nd edition. This project is an attempt to unite the FMA fighting systems of the world. These books explain the fighting systems advanced concepts, theories, principles, even the physics for all to understand. It also helps explain how to live as a way of life and we use this as an ethical approach to humanity. I train every day at a mastery level in RAS in which will be a life long journey, as I document and video record my progress and instruct/teach all in these books and on my youtube channel some of the world's most effective and if not thee deadliest fighting systems in the world. No I have never been married nor ever had children. However, since I haven't met the one yet, I do plan on adopting possibly later this year.
